Ninth Eternity HK Limited (“NEHKL”) is pleased to announce that Ninth Eternity Asia Fund LP(“NE Fund ”), managed by NEHKL as General Partner,completed its initial fundraising with the total commitments of HKD 3.0 billion on December 25, 2021
However, that the General Partner may, in its sole discretion, accept aggregate Capital Commitments in excess of this amount.
The General Partner will engage Ninth Eternity Asset Management LLC (the “ Manager”) to provide certain advisory and management services to the Partnership.
Ninth Eternity Capital HK Limited (the“Adviser”) will assist the Manager on various administrative and other liaison activities, including, without limitation, liaising with the Limited Partners.
