Jay Gettenberg of NES Elected to FINRA Small Firm Advisory Board

Ninth Eternity Deep Tech Group is pleased to announce that our Managing Partner, Jay Gettenberg, has been elected to FINRA’s Small Firm Advisory Board.
The Small Firm Advisory Board is comprised of eleven industry representatives across the country, one from each geographical district. These representatives will meet quarterly in Washington D.C. with the senior executive staff of FINRA to discuss current regulations, policy changes, and various industry matters that impact the broker dealer community.
Mr. Gettenberg will be the committee member representing the North Region, the most populated region based upon FINRA membership. The term will begin on January 1, 2020 and will be for three calendar years.
